ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.323 of 2024 on the file of the respondents police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet was also filed on 18.12.2024 before the Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai through e-filing.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
