3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(a) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.OP.No.23826 of 2024 dated 26.09.24, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, on all the hearing dates at 10.30 am., without fail.
