This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus seeking a direction against the 1st respondent to dispose of the S.A.No.6134 of 2023 which is pending from 30.03.2023 onwards.

3. It is only appropriate it is taken up for hearing in accordance with law and is disposed of by the first respondent on or before 30.04.2025.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
