This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the petitioner granted on bail with the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act, cases, Salem on every working day at 10.30 a.m until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.24635 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that final report has been filed in Spl.C.C.No.76 of 2022 before the Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.24635 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem on 04.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, NIB-CID, Salem Police Station, Salem District.
