ORDER
This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the learned I Additional Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai for every 15 days in a month at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3755 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.261 of 2024. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without fail. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned I Additional Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
