ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27442 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 8(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.27442 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every first Saturday of the month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
