ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.6810 of 2023 dated 30.01.2024 has been complied with, through G.O.(2D).No.196, Revenue and Disaster Manager Department, Services Wing, Service-I Section dated 19.03.2025.

2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
