2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22963 of 2024 which was modified vide order dated 15.11.2024 in Crl.MP.No.15898 of 224, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required.
