This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A No.1295 of 2024 on 14.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent. 1/3

3. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for the past two months without fail.

4. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Villupuram and report before Villupuram Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. 07-01-2025 rgr 2/3
