This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para (c) that "the petitioner shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court", passed in Crl.OP.No.19907 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to medical treatment, the petitioner has to travel abroad from 28.12.2024 to 02.01.2025, and the petitioner has already complied with the other conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks the permission of this Court for the petitioner to travel abroad.

3. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent police also concedes the same.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner that the petitioner has to go abroad for medical purposes and accepting the reasons, this Court is inclined to grant permission to the petitioner to leave India from 28.12.2024 to 02.01.2025. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
