Crl.M.P.No.18064 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.64638 of 2024 P.VELMURUGAN, J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition as against the judgment dated 20.08.2024 in Crl.A.No.180 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice on the respondent and his name has been printed in the cause list, none appeared on the side of the respondent either in person or through counsel.

4. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, however, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
