ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 25.11.2024, passed by the second respondent, thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner to grant permission to conduct the indoor meeting on 19.01.2025 at the venue of Fathima Kani Hall, Pothanur Road.

It is seen that the date on which the indoor meeting to be held viz., 19.01.2025 is now expired. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation for future dates and on receipt of the same the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter party, if any, and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
