The learned counsel for the petitioner made the following endorsement : "The petitioner prays to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition if he is aggrieved."

It is only appropriate that the learned counsel has made the aforesaid endorsement, since the instructions issued to the candidates clearly state that the copy of the answer script should not be furnished or marks should not be divulged, till the final results are declared by the respondent. The final results could not be declared, since the matter is sub judice before a learned Single Judge of this Court. The petitioner is granted liberty to file another writ petition, once the results are finally declared by the respondent.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected C.M.Ps are closed.
