ORDER

The petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) order 1982 r/w Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of EC Act, 1955, in Crime No.227 of 2024. Thus, the petitioner seeks extension of time to comply with the condition in Crl.O.P.No.19795 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week time is extended to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19795 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025, from the date on which, the order copy made ready, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled and no further extension of time will be granted.
