This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.3/2024 dated 29.10.2024 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case in e.filing No.LTN20240001224 C202500002 on 04.10.2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Jayankondam and the same is yet to be taken on file.
