2. No doubt, the revisional authority is the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Therefore, fixing the timeline may cause inconvenience to the authority. However, the statutory appeals are to be disposed of systematically and in the order of seniority to ensure that no appeal is kept pending unnecessary for enormous period.
3. The grievances of the revision petitioner are to be addressed as expeditiously as possible so as to ensure that the issues are settled.
4. In the present case, the revision petition has been submitted by the petitioner on 10.11.2023 and two and a half years lapsed. Thus, the first respondent is directed to proceed with the appeal by conducting an enquiry and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
