ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to initiate disciplinary proceedings as against the Thasildar, who is the third respondent herein on the basis of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 08.07.2025 to the first respondent.

2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 08.07.2025 on merits, within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this court, 2/5

without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent, to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 08.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to allegation made as against the third respondent. Since no adverse orders have been passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There will be no order as to costs.
