O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents/Police to give police protection to the petitioner's land by considering the complaint dated 31.07.2024 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mappedu Police station, Mappedu, Thiruvallur District.

2. It is seen from the records that there was a property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 herein. The petitioner has given a complaint dated 31.07.2024 to the second respondent/Police to take action against the respondents 3 to 6 herein, who are preventing the petitioner to construct a house in the subject property and also to give police protection to the petitioner to construct house in the subject property. It is stated that no police protection can be given to any land. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction to the respondents/Police to provide Police protection to the petitioner and it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum in 2/4

the manner known to law.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
