ORDER
The prayer of the petitioner is to consider the petitioner's online application No. 2024/0123/05/004685, dated 25.07.2024 for the survey and demarcation of the Property.
2. In view of the innocuous relief that is prayed for, the matter is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. Mr.G.Velu, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.
4. The petitioner's online application No. 2024/0123/05/004685, dated 25.07.2024 shall be taken up for the surveying of the land and the survey shall be completed. If there are any objectors, notice shall also be given to them and orders shall be passed accordingly. The survey shall be completed or the order shall be passed and the result shall be communicated to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six 2/4
weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
