ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue the legal heir certificate infavour of petitioners

2. It is the case of the petitioner that initially, the petitioner made application to the respondents for issuance of legal heir certificate to be declared as the legal of the petitioners uncle and aunt who had no issues and the same was rejected. Again, the petitioner made another representation on 08.09.2025 to the respondents to issue legal heir certificate in favour of the petitioners and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the petitioners.
