ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18669 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025 with a condition that, Clause (B) "the petitioner, except on the court hearing dates, shall report before the respondent police K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.19785 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18669 of 2025 ssi everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of thirty days and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and when required for investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18669 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
