This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.395 of 2023 on the file of 2 nd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the investigation was already completed and the charge sheet is being made ready.

3. In view of the above, the 2 nd respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet as early as possible.
