This petition has been filed seeking to implead the Union of India represented by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Department of Forests and Wildlife, as fourth respondent in the present writ petition. 2.

In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that the proposed respondent is required to adjudicate the issue under the Forest Conservation Act, 1980 and whether they had granted approval for the property which is in the possession of the petitioner to be used for educational institutions. Taking note of the facts and considering the case, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and implead the proposed respondent as fourth respondent in the main writ petition. Registry is also directed to delete the name of Ms.Madhuri Donti Reddy and retain the name of Ms.R.Pavithra as counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Mr.V.Chandrasekaran, learned Senior Panel Counsel takes notice for the newly impleaded respondent.
