ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking for a direction of this Court to the police authorities to enforce the order of the Civil Court.

2. It is the grievance of the revision petitioner, who is the decree holder ion O.S.No.8376 of 2019. According to him, he has filed execution petition for delivery of possession. Despite the delivery and the police protection been ordered by the Trial Court, the police authorities are not cooperating. Therefore, the delivery could not be effected.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) was directed to get instructions with regard to the inaction of the police.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that he has already instructed the concerned Inspector and the order of the Civil Court will be implemented and necessary protection will be granted to the 2/4

amin of the Court. Such statement is recorded
