Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records in Na.Ka.No.481/Aa4/2025 dated 27.05.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to absorb the petitioner as a full time vocational instruction Grade II, as per seniority and to pay the time scale in accordance with G.O.Ms. No. 35 dated 09.02.2007.
