This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 3rd respondent to implement the 1st respondent's order in Oh.Mu.23906/2024/J1 dated 04.02.2025 and to rectify the UDR entry wrongly classifying the petitioner's land in survey No.309/2 as Poramboke and to remove the names of Mottaippa Nadar, Manoharan in Survey No.310/2 for the extent of 0.05.0 Sq.ft. in Patta No.505 and to remove the name of manoharan in survey no.314/3 in patta no.3298 and 314/5 in patta no.482 situated at Nathakkadaiyur, Kangayam Taluk, 2/4

Tiruppur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2024.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
