ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2 nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.03.2019, filed for re-determination of compensation awarded to the petitioner's land acquired at Karasur Revenue Village and the representation dated 06.06.2024 made to the 2 nd respondent in this regard. This Court directed the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation dated 06.06.2024. However, no direction was issued to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.03.2019.

3.Since the respondent Authority failed to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 20.03.2019, the petitioner has given a representation dated 06.06.2024 as a reminder to dispose the application made by the petitioner under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act. Therefore, taking into consideration of the same, this Court directed the 2 nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 06.06.2024, which implies the respondent Authority to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.03.2019. Hence, the order passed by this Court on 10.10.2025 holds good.
