Settlement talks have failed between the parties. Counter has been filed by the respondent in these applications. A copy of the same has been served on the the learned counsel for the applicant, who seeks time to peruse the same and argue the matter. It is to be noted that an Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court in Arb. Appln.

No.876 of 2024 on 16.12.2024. As per Section 9(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, arbitration will have to be initiated within a period of 90 days from that date.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant will be filing an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the dead line.

3. Post the matter for arguments finally for arguments in A. Nos.876 & 877 of 2024 on 26.03.2025.
