This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of decree and judgment dated 18.08.2025 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.P.No.222 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kanchipuram, pending disposal of the above Civil Revision Petition.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has received the certified copy of the impugned order in the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the dispense with petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall file a certified copy of the impugned order.
