ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) As against the petitioner's statement in the affidavit that his application for issuance of community certificate is pending, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Revenue Department has placed for perusal of this Court a copy of the letter dated 03.01.2026, which reflects that the petitioner's application has been rejected wayback on 25.09.2025.
