(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This Appeal is against the common order dated 20.11.2023 made in a batch of Writ Petitions Nos.19075, 19079, 19085 and 19087 of 2020. We had by order dated 03.03.2025 dismissed the Appeal filed against the order in WP No.19075 of 2020. This Appeal is directed against the common order made in WP No.19079 of 2020. The issue being the same, this Writ Appeal is also dismissed, following the order in Writ Appeal No.574 of 2025, except the condition relating to payment of cost. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
