When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.01.2025, this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, inadvertently, the offences in the order copy were mentioned as 190(1), 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS r/w Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Women Harassment of Act instead of Sections 109(1), 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS r/w Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Women Harassment Act.

Therefore, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh copy of the order today (30.01.2025).

Further, the time to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from today.
