O R D E R

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct thorough enquiry on the suspicious death of his brother M.Prakash and to register a First 1/4

Information Report by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, his brother died in a suspicious circumstances. Hence, investigation has to be conducted properly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the deceased/petitioner's brother was staying separately and that the petitioner had never resided with his brother for more than 30 years. The deceased died due to old age and diabetics. After coming to know that the deceased has left some properties, the petitioner has filed the complaint.

4. Be that as it may. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur, shall monitor the enquiry and if no material is found to substantiate the allegation, they are at liberty to file a negative report.
