This petition is filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the appeal.

The delay is 31 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 31 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
