ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2023 and reminder representation dated 21.11.2024 and to conduct an enquiry on the said representations within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against respondents 4 to 7 for the alleged offences under Sections 405, 420 and 505 of the Indian Penal Code, a First Information Report (FIR) has already been registered and the same is pending for investigation.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.79 of 2023 and file a final report, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
