The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 319, 336(3), 340(2) of IPC and Section 66(c), 66(d) of IT Act in Crime No.11201018240 of 2024 , seeks anticipatory bail.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner, when the matter was called on 28.01.2025, 04.02.2025 and 05.02.2025. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
