PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for the disobedience and noncompliance of the directions issued by this Court on 27.03.2024 in W.P. No. 8375 of 2024 and thus render justice.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having disobeyed the order dated 27.03.2024 of this Court in W.P. No.8375 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

2. The learned counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court on 27.03.2024 in W.P. No. 8375 of 2024 has been complied with.
