O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to release petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-20CL-5644 by considering the representation dated 09.12.2024.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent produced the order of the first respondent dated 11.03.2024 for the confiscation of the vehicle under Section 6(A) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

3. Against the confiscation order, an appeal shall lie before the Sessions Court under Section 6(C) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and 2/4
