Petition seeking bail in respect of Crime No.503 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 309(4), 311, 351(3) of BNS, is on board for consideration.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner purchased grocery from the shop of the defacto complainant and refused to pay for the same and he threatened the defacto complainant at knife point and robbed a sum of Rs.850/- from the cash box and also demanded him to pay mamul every month. Hence, the case.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would submit that he is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first petitioner / A2 has got 13 previous cases and the first petitioner / A1 has got 16 previous cases and that the petitioners were arrested only on 06.12.2024. Therefore, he vehemently oppose for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Taking into consideration the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners and that the petitioners have got several previous cases and also considering their very recent arrest, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
