Chandra v. The Branch Manager

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to order substituted service in one issue of Any Tamil daily paper Jayankondam Edition in C.M.P.No.26514 of 2024 upon the 5th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect substituted service on the 5th respondent by way of paper publication by mentioning the next date of hearing as 03.01.2025, in anyone of the most read Vernacular Daily, which is circulated throughout the State of Tamil Nadu, on or before 20.12.2024 and file a proof of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

4. For filing proof of service, post on 03.01.2025.
