ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 10.09.2025, objecting the construction of a new temple in S.Nos.183/1, 2,3 and 4, Parukkal West village, Udaiyarpallayam Taluk, Ariyalur Village.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the 4 th respondent has illegally constructed a temple in S.No. 183/1, 183/2, 183/3 and 183/4 and the same was classified as Kuttai Poromboke without getting any permission from any authority. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 10.09.2025 objection the said construction and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4 th respondent,

notice to him is dispensed with.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry if any temple construction is going on in the aforesaid lands. If so, the second respondent is directed to take action and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
