ORDER
The petitioner-wife has filed the present transfer petition seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2023 filed by the respondent-husband before the Principal Subordinate Court, Chidambaram and transfer the same to Family Court, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the respondent-husband has no objection in allowing the transfer petition filed by the petitioner-wife. However, he seeks early disposal of the HMOP proceedings.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
4. Taking into account the convenience of the petitioner and also that the respondent has no objection in allowing the transfer of proceedings in HMOP. No.142 of 2023 pending on its file to Family Court, Chennai, the Tr.CMP is allowed. Accordingly, the H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2023 pending 2/5
on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Chidambaram, is withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Chennai. The Family Court, Chennai, is directed to conclude the HMOP proceedings within a period of four months from the date on which it has reached its file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
