Aggrieved by the judgment of acquittal of the respondent, the petitioner/complainant has filed the present petition seeking leave to file an appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Trial Court had erroneously held that the petitioner had not established that the cheque was issued for legally enforceable debt; and that the evidence adduced on the side of the petitioner would show that the cheque was issued for legally enforceable debt.
