2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in S.C.No.458 of 2024 before the learned Additional District Judge No.III, Poonthamallee and that the next hearing date is 28.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.25121 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District Judge No.III, Poonthamallee on 28.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
