ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.24946 of 2017 dated 20.11.2017 has been complied with and the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2017 was closed by the respondent on 15.07.2018.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
