ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order dated 25.07.2024 of this Court in WP.No.20126 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent herein to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 25.07.2024 in WP.No.20126 of 2024 has been complied with by order dated 28.02.2025 of the respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed.
