O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus to the 1st respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 22.05.2023 against the registration refusal order passed by the 2nd respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition and also considering the fact that the petitioner has filed a statutory appeal as provided under the Act, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 22.05.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to all other interested parties and a final order shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
