ORDER

The Civil Revision petition is filed seeking expeditious disposal of GWOP.No. 643 of 2021 pending on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur.

2. The respondent herein filed GWOP.No. 643 of 2021 seeking custody of minor children namely S.V. Sachitha and S.V.Jayacharan. The original petition is of the year 2021. It is seen from the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers that the pleadings of the parties are already completed and GWOP was posted for recording of evidence as early as 21-09-2022. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the GWOP is at the stage of respondent side evidence.

3. Taking into consideration the year of the main original petition and the present stage of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur to dispose of the main OP as expeditiously as possible.

4.With this direction, the civil revision petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
