[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] Attempt to serve notice on the 3 rd respondent failed, since the first notice sent by the Court refused and the second notice sent has not been returned. Hence, the petitioner / appellant has taken out an application under Order V Rule 20 of C.P.C.

2. Considering the difficulty in serving notice in the normal course, petition to substitute service through paper publication is allowed. The appellant is permitted to take paper publication in one Kannada edition of 'Kannada Prabha', a newspaper widely circulated in the area where the 3 rd respondent resides, specifying the date of hearing as 09.12.2025 and calling upon the respondent to appear either through counsel or in person.

3. Post the matter on 09.12.2025.
