This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.29180 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 AM, until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore on 06.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore on 06.01.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29180 of 2024 on 22.11.2024 is modified.
